Off-campus experience volunteer

Be the early LEAP Week presence at a community experience. Confirm the reporting or bus-arrival point, help with wayfinding and accountability, and welcome the assigned track when it arrives.

1 volunteer per experience · 5 per kayaking block

Playfair volunteer

Help prepare the Campus Recreation Center gym, greet students, direct them into the session, and support the LEAP Week team with activity flow and transitions.

4 volunteers per session

Evening event volunteer

Support the evening welcome team with check-in, directions, activity flow, and student transitions at the assigned campus or community location.

Capacity shown on each role

LEAP Week will use no more than 50 volunteers. Each person can choose multiple non-conflicting shifts. 49 volunteer spots remain.
Your shifts are saved when you submit. We will email a confirmation with Outlook-compatible calendar files for each shift, then reminders 12 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before each shift begins. Text notifications are coming soon. If you opt in above, we will save your preference; email remains the active notification channel.
Shifts lock individually 72 hours before they begin. You can still change later shifts after an earlier shift locks.

Volunteer shifts

Choose the events you can support

Choose as many non-overlapping shifts as you can cover. Full shifts close automatically, and a shift that conflicts with one you already chose will be unavailable. Any final room or reporting details will be shared before the shift.

Off-campus experience volunteers

Each shift begins one hour before students arrive. Open the role details for the exact reporting instruction.

Playfair volunteers

Morning shifts are 9:30 AM–12:30 PM and afternoon shifts are 2:30–5:30 PM. Each begins one hour before the student session.

Evening event volunteers

Choose the exact venue and shift you can support. SRP Park and Maxwell Theatre are separate roles.
